There were several issues with the room, black mold in the shower and surrounding area, no soap in the dispenser, dusty fingerprints on chrome In shower. The staff were very good in giving me another room and let me check before I moved my belongings.

The room was small, but clean and comfy. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom walls were glass. I like to get up early and it would've been nice to be able to turn on the bathroom light while my daughter slept. But otherwise it was great!

Think of this hotel as a capsule hotel w/a private bathroom and you'll be surprised how much room you get:). It's a good economical option in downtown Copenhagen, but the rooms tight for one person let alone two. There is no closet or tea kettle in the room. The bed is good. I stayed 3 nights and didn't get housekeeping. I think they should prob at least take trash out if someone is staying 3+ nights. The bathroom is small but well designed. I strongly urge them to fix clogged drains and scrub the tiles better. You're too good of a hotel to not fix those couple of things. Overall very good value and a hotel where you can get good rest.
