"My partner recently stayed here for work. He said the apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the station, which he required. He bought food essentials at the supermarket close by. He loved the apartment and would stay here again. Contact with Frederik for the check-in details and entrance information was seamless."

"There was no staff working when we arrived on Sunday; everything was closed. The room had no ventilation, and there was only one pillow on the bed. I slept very poorly because of that."

"We stayed over the Easter weekend and they had organised extra activities for the children which was a great touch. We loved using the pool and sauna after our day out exploring the city. We had a large family room which was two rooms interconnected and that worked very well for us, the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel is a short walk from the trains and buses to get around the various parts of the city, or even a train across to Sweden. We enjoyed drinks in the lobby...

"The location of Hotel Kong Arthur was very convenient. It was within a few blocks of the river and bridge to Norrebro neighborhood, the market where you can buy fresh produce and hot/cold prepared foods, grocery stores, and the Norreport metro/train stations. The main shopping area is within 10 minutes walk with many shops and restaurants. I didn't attend the breakfast since I prefer to grab something "on the go" such as the various bakery items and pastries from the market. I did visit the bar...

"This was our third stay at Cityhub Copenhagen and we would not hesitate to return many more times. The location is excellent, the beds are comfy, the staff are friendly and the place has everything you need. I would recommend Cityhub to anyone :) "

"An excellent location and an easy walk to many of the city centre sites. The area is safe, clean and considering how close you are in a busy neighborhood, very quiet. Very suitable for business travellers. Rooms are quite small but effective. "

"Das Hotel ist sehr groß und hat eine tolle Lage nahe am Wasser. Wer es eher ruhig und gemütlich mag sollte jedoch woanders einchecken. Für ein kurzes Wochenende oder eine Geschäftsreise kann man sich auf ein modernes und schlichtes Zimmer freuen. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Reinigung. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn auch einmal schnell durchgesaugt worden wäre. Leider wurde nur der Mülleimer geleert und die Handtücher gewechselt. "

"Breakfast kind of simple. No wardrobe or something to that effect. Surroundings boring with few places to go. Won't recommend or go back. "

"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"My room was small but efficient. Might be tight for two people. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was very soundproofed. They serve a good breakfast on the 10th floor. Great view of the city up there. The hotel is a good location for exploring the centre of the city. "

"The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!"
