"We spent 6 days there. The breakfast was wonderful. Ivan was the breakfast greeter and he was just magnificent. We did not have a/c in our unit. We asked about it day one. They said no technician there but would send them up the next day. They did put fans in our room. Continued to ask about tech, we did not have a/c the entire time. Our room temp stayed around 78-80. They did comp the drinks we drank out of the mini fridge. Location was great to so many things."

"It is clean. The staff were helpful, and the buffet breakfast was good value. Agood location. the room however was very small and cramped - OK to sleep in but claustrophobic to spend time in . We were on the 7th floor and a busy times in the morning there was quite a wait to get the lift"

"The hotel was very modern and was located next to a large shopping mall with a great food court. This is important because there is no hotel restaurant. Also the IKEA across the street is an added bonus because you get a very reasonably priced meal in their cafeteria. The bathrooms feature a tub which is unusual. However it needs to be said that the tub is very slippery and the grab bar is in the wrong location. It makes it quite difficult to get out of the tub easily."

"Wake up Copenhagen is near to most attraction that we need to see (tivoli, Nyhvan, the municipality, and shopping/souvenir areas). You can walk to the central station, can take the train to airport, hop on hop off bus 2 blocks away, places to eat nearby. Easy and safe area, walkable."

"Amazing property in a prime location across from the main square. 15mins by train to Central Station (from CPH) which is one block the from this hotel. Get the breakfast option! Beautiful mix of fresh foods. Lounge includes espresso coffees, tea, and one and Carlsberg beer. Amazing! We had a room with a balcony which was very nice. Room was plenty quiet to sleep. Highly recommend this property"

"Room was compact but clean. Enjoyed the overall stay. Were told we couldn't check out at 2am when we had to leave for our flight which was a little odd considering how many airlines use the hotel.
