"Liked the breakfast, awesome. Ate at the restaurant a couple of times, that was a nice experience, wonderful staff and great food. Walking nearby was an adventure, you have to walk on the street mostly. But it was very handy to the train station and close to Malioboro St which was nice."

The staff are welcoming and provide a friendly supportive service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I had no problems sleeping. The breakfast is delicious and the swimming pool on the roof top was a perfect place to relax. Make sure you visit Borobudur & Prambanan Temples."

But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time. We chatted with hotels.com. "If you want decent service this hotel is not for you. The service was shockingly bad none of the front of house staff or restaurant staff spoke any english which resulted in every order wrong whether it be food or drinks, the hotel itself is clean the room is good but the staff are awful maybe because they cannot communicate they seem rude and ignorant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are far better quality hotels in the area for a better price "
