"I helhet var det bra. Vi behövde någonstans att sova som låg i närheten av flygplatsen eftersom att flyget landade mitt i natten. Negativa var att vi inte fick en konfirmation på att hotellet fått vårt önskemål angående att bli upphämtade från flygplatsen. Så vi var tvugna att ringa. Hade varit bättre om de haft en mejladress."
