Negativa var att vi inte fick en konfirmation på att hotellet fått vårt önskemål angående att bli upphämtade från flygplatsen. Så vi var tvugna att ringa. Hade varit bättre om de haft en mejladress."

"Not at all welcoming, no towels in the room, broken mosquito nets over the windows and a terrible breakfast (including frozen papaya). Unfortunately this was the first day for us in Sri Lanka and since our stay we have realised how unrepresentative of the Sri Lankan hospitality this place is and how poor value. We had originally planned to stay here the night before our return journey but we cancelled our booking and went elsewhere as a result of this stay."

"Shower was in awful condition, room itself ok - overall not worth what they charge. During breakfast hot dishes were basically cold, coffe tasted like motor oil. Service at the bar was great."
