"I was absolutely pleased with my stay. The hotel was very cozy and homely, and the room was wonderfully well-equipped. Besides breakfast, they also had a few tasty treats like bread and jam available at any time, which was a lovely touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the access was perfectly arranged with clear communication. All in all, it was a really successful and very comfortable stay at a charming hotel."

"We were looking for a bit more of a fall getaway spot while visiting our son at UMASS. This b&b is a 40 minute drive away but it’s a beautiful drive. It’s also very close to the boarder of vermont and new hampshire. Lots of great hiking near by. Great bbQ nearby in millers falls. Joan & Steve were very nice hosts. "Loved this old home! Record player and records were fun to listen to. Pickle ball across the street was excellent! Well stocked kitchen great for cooking in. I had a tough time with water pressure and temperature but it could have been user error. Beds were comfortable except for the twin, which was a bit too firm! Would definitely rent here again "

"Lovely, very clean, and well appointed. Host was amazing, 2 rocking chairs on front stoop overlooking the water was beautiful, peaceful.The interiorand decor was beautiful and very comfortable. We used our kayaks, which was great. It is an in̈cline downhill to carry your kayak. "

All the amenities you could think of, just in case you may have forgotten something. The quiet and serene nature of the property was beautiful, and I am so happy we chose to stay here. "Perfect for a quiet, weekend getaway. We went to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and brought our dog, Ollie. Ollie's a very timid and nervous guy, but he felt very comfortable here. We went during the winter, but would be interested in returning in the summer because there seems to be a lot of outdoor activities (white water rafting, fishing, hiking). "
