"my stay was fabulous! However the reception front desk employees are not well trained. one gentleman was rude and the female gave contradictory comments. Also guests should be briefed that they have to let front desk know if they want air conditioning. "

Gym is across the way at another hotel and very small. Quiet area but absolutely NOTHING around—you must go elsewhere for food, coffee, etc. "

"We have given 5 stars as the hotel & location were excellent. BUT would strongly advise finding out if there's any roadworks being carried out near the hotel! We were woken both mornings at 7.30am with very loud road works outside. If we had known these works were going on we would have booked a different hotel in a quiet area. "With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
