"The hotel was clean, well maintained and the room was comfortable; the bed was large, comfortable, and with good pillows. The bathroom was an excellent size and very good quality fixtures and fittings. We were pleased to have a coffee machine, fridge, safe and large wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers, as well as coat hooks, shelves and shoe storage. There were no available electric points at the bedside, with the only 2 in the room being in the corner behind the desk or near the floor beside...

"The massage I got when I first checked in was highly inappropriate. And uncomfortable as the therapist insisted on doing a different type of massage and spoke about personal issues. The entire time next I get to my room after dinner.And there is so much mold in the bathroom that I have a severe allergic reaction, it is late at this point.They try to find a room that does not have mold and are unsuccessful.The manager said that I would get a full refund and I have seen nothing."

"It is a lovely hotel just off the main tourist routes (so quiet), but also right in the middle of where you want to be in Brugge. Great parking which means no driving into a tiny lift to be lowered to a very small cramped parking area under the hotel........... Rooms and everything clean tidy and quality. "Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was both lovely and spacious. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we found the bathroom layout a bit impractical. The tub does not have a curtain, which makes it difficult to take a stand up shower without getting the surrounding area wet."

There are actually three buildings and our rooms were in another building with stained carpet and poor soundproofing. I could hear the neighbors.
