"The Ibis hotel was great for us. We didn't try the breakfast because we thought it was too expensive. The room was great, although having the shower in the center of the room was a little awkward, and it would have been nice to have a door that actually latches on the room with the toilet instead of just a swinging door. For the most part our stay was comfortable and good."

But better to park in the premises than on road. Parking is€20 for 24 hours on first come first basis. Overall a good experience and we will choose Courtyard Marroitt again if we get a chance. "

"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer...

"Great no frills hotel. Very central. Clean big functional room with comfortable bed. Only issue was luggage storage which did not feel particularly secure - check in machine gives you key to luggage room where you can leave your bags, but it is entirely unmonitored. Otherwise highly recommended."

"Hotel is perfectly located to explore the city centre in foot. Parking is expensive but worth it for the location - can be reserved but we had no problem getting a space without reserving. They were happy for us to park a lot earlier than check in time. Room clean & comfortable with spacious bathroom."

"The room was superb, cleaned every day towels changed every day. The staff were efficient and very friendly and the location of the hotel was ideal, halfway between the railway station and the old centre. The surroundings were vibrant but calm. We would certainly return !"
