"It was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff . Very dog friendly which was fab and the staff made us feel very relaxed with our dog . Our room and bathroom were large and the bed was very comfortable .The room and bathroom were very clean my only minor issue was there was some black around the shower which looked off putting ."

"No food/drink offering. Door-locks did not seem robust........warm room, clean bathroom and clean bedding........just very old-fashioned and low quality pillows etc........ the photograph of the deluxe room that I paid for did not match up with the reality. I would not stay here again."

"Hotel is ok for an overnight stay. The bedroom while clean smelt like an old folks home and the furniture is old and cheap looking. We were woken early by a loud member of the cleaning staff outside our room and then a leaf blower started up in the gardens. The breakfast was good but hearing the staff moving tables about because of a funeral party arriving soon was a bit off putting."

"The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely and the reception, bar and breakfast areas were good. The rooms were a little tired (bathroom particularly), I'm afraid to say, and would have benefitted from a deep clean and dust. It's not to take away from the hotel, as such, just an area to improve. Location was convenient for what we needed and we enjoyed the stay."
