"Really Lovely hotel, We had 2 rooms for us and 5 children. Lovely pools, great fun loving life guards. Great food, plenty of choice. Great kids club and Animation team. Full of fun and high spitits, even managed to get the Teenagers on stage to take part!!! Expedia leads people to believe it has a water park but it only has 3 slides. These were great fun but not the waterpark we were expecting! However for the price it was great and we just booked a trip to Makadi Water world. And to be fair one...

"I think this property will be great once they have everything in place. When my group checked in, the wardrobe was not installed so there was no place to hang jackets, the was not air conditioning in the room requiring us to have to open the windows which invites the noise from the downtown traffic in. The entry way smell like cat urine. The breakfast was great when it was fresh, but without heat under the pans the food became cold and rubbery by the end of breakfast. Maybe 11am is too late to...

"Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean, room service is nice but it’s no where close to 5 star hotel and definitely not worth staying. The hotel rooms are too small and definitely not worth the money. Breakfast is not fresh. The only pro this hotel has is that it’s close to the airport. "

"The view! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They arranged for my transportation to and from the airport and were in constant contact to ensure smooth transfers. They hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms large and comfortable and the view from the rooftop are unbeatable! I ate most of my meals at the restaurant because of the variety and delicious food and of course the view! I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cairo."

"The property itself was great. Huge area, multiple pools and restaurants, loads of activities and a great beach ! The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely helpful especially the lifeguards. They accommodated our request to move rooms as well so that we could be closer to the main building. Would definitely recommend "

"The room was spacious and clean but the drainage/sinks in the bathroom were smelly. We had to close to bathroom door to avoid sleeping with the unpleasant odour at night. Being a resort property, they charge the hotel guests for renting the snorkeling equipment, which is quite unusual for resort, especially with the price we paid. "

"Lovely staff, room was spacious. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was okay. The location is good for those who want a traditional Cairo, there are not many eateries around there. But views to pyramids was excellent. It is on a very busy street, lots of traffic and noise, simply difficult to walk around outside. Hotel in itself was clean and cute. We were offered many excursions but please take your time booking them and do some research as some tourists shops nearby will be much more cheaper. "
