"Stayed one night with my wife Hotel receotionist people was a sociopasts, but the rest of the staff were great. Breakfast was fine Room was huge, clean and great Spa was good. Gym was great nice small souvenier shop on site Pool was great, got free popsicles at the pool Location great, 5 mintue walk to north promenade Parking is SXXX. they have a small on spot parking which was always full, so you have to park on the curb and pay Will go back for sure, if the price is right"

"Our family stay was nice and comfortable. We had issues with parking (free parking was full constantly and in the nearby areas it was very busy during the weekend. "I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around...
