"Staff was amazing "

"I can’t say enough good things about the state we had at the Cairo Marriott hotel. I unfortunately had a fall the day before a tour was supposed to start, and we had to book additional nights. The staff went out of their way to help us. They went above and beyond in helping us. This would start with them seeing me arrive in a wheelchair and giving us a room that would be more comfortable given my injury, to the next morning Ali Yousef, who was from the house, cleaning staff, seeing the injury...

We booked two tours through the hotel, which went absolutely smoothly. Even special requests, like simply needing a driver to go somewhere and then being picked up, were organized at short notice and were simply fantastic. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing, and breakfast is freshly prepared every day...
