"I like the amazing view from the rooms and rooftop to the pyramids, Staff was nice and friendly, I like my dinner and breakfast. I didn’t like that my first room on 1st floor was dirty and the pillow was without pillowcase, Floor and Toilet dirty, the glass door too but Meran help me right away and provide me another room. The second room was clean but was a leak on the bathroom and the toilet was not flushing at all and was not steamer or item available on the hotel. Still with this lil issues on my 2nd room I feel good on the hotel. Kindly Recommendation: 1. A least 1 iron/ steamer available per request. 2. Someone available for fix engineer issues. 3. Pillowcases for cover the pillow. 4. King size sheets ( the sheets on king bed was queen size ) Thank you ! "

"Very large rooms . Quality thru out as expected . Staff incredible friendly and courteous. Front Desk and concierge staff superb . Very very glad the hotel provides airport car pickup and visa obtainment service upon arrival . Spa and gym very nice facility . "

"Amazing staff, friendly and best hotel with pyramid views in the area. Best View pyramids hotel is a great choice for your visit. Booked deluxe King suite with pyramid view and Jacuzzi tub. Staff booked us with Nada as our tour guide, she is a 10 out of 10. Great English and very knowledgeable! Best time ever!!! Highly recommend"

"Located very close to the pyramid with an amazing view of the pyramid from the roof top every morning as I had breakfast. The room was small but comfortable. The staff services were excellent . Breakfast choice were exceptional . "

"The hotel is satisfactory, offering a pleasant view of the pyramid, and the room was tidy. The food is acceptable, although the complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired; however, it is 'FREE'. The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to the team that made our visit to Egypt remarkably effortless. Omar Reta, the hotel manager, assisted us in booking a four-day tour and went above and beyond to help us with a special request to return items I purchased from one of the stores. He even came to the hotel on his day off. Mohammed Hamad, our driver, was exceptionally pleasant and always responded with a smile, never saying 'No'. Memo, our excellent tour guide at the Great Pyramid, shared his extensive knowledge about the pyramid with us. He is a very intelligent guide, as far as I can tell. Hasam, our tour guide in Alexandria, demonstrated a deep understanding of the location and the history of the great Alexander. Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased that we made the trip to Egypt and had the opportunity to meet these remarkable individuals. I am grateful for everything! An effortless 5-star service!"
