"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was great. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had many options for food / beverages. The location was very close to the train station, and about a 15 minute walk from city centre. "As expected, clean, great service, quiet. Compliments to the breakfast staff. With a family member who cannot eat Gluten or dairy, and usually stays away from buffet and hotel breakfasts, we were pleased to find a separate area for gluten free cereal and toast, with a dedicated toaster. Variety or dairy free milk, and the chef serving the cooked breakfast was able to immediately and knowledgeably point out the gluten free options. Reassuring and made for a worry free morning."

"The house is a very unique house with a deep history set in extensive formal gardens. The staff, particularly in reception and the Restaurant are attentive and very pleasant. The age and design of the house allows functions such as weddings and prom parties to be held without disturbing other guests. It may be a little dog-eared but that seems to add to its charm."
