"Restaurant was closed in the evening. Breakfast was brought early for me. Better quality ingredients would improve the cooked breakfast. "

"The room we had at the front of the hotel had a chipped sink and dirty shower. No air conditioning is installed so the room was extremely warm which caused us not to have a great night's sleep! The hotel promises a lot but it failed to deliver for us. The food is overpriced, catering to the execs on expenses, especially the breakfast, limited selection with only one person available for service so tables were dirty and cutlery missing. Our evening meal had a large hair in it and had to be sent back. So as a summary, overpriced and understaffed, the combination did not make a great stay."

"Parking was simple and easy to register. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, there was enough on offer. Think it was a little expensive if you’re only having a quick breakfast, but fine if you’re staying to fill up! Room was comfortable and clean. Only a few issues - the door frame was cracked around the edges and the rubber seals around the windows had perished so they didn’t create a good seal from road noise. It wasn’t terrible but noticeable. Overall a nice stay over and would stop again."

"Look beyond carpets that need replacing & corridor decor in the rear of the hotel. Rooms were clean, bathrooms new, main entrance, reception & lounge were clean & renovated. Set in beautiful grounds, luscious greenery around excellent location, so close to Gulliver's Kingdom, very courteous & friendly staff, good enough selection for vegetarians at breakfast. As a family of 4, we loved it!"

"Spent a few nights at The Moon Inn and it was a pleasant place to stay. Our room was large enough with a double bed, sofa, some cupboard space and a large bathroom. The water pressure in the shower is poor, but ok with the pump, but be careful when switching it on as the water can be extremely hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good On site car parking is available, but be aware it's not allocated and so your car may be blocked in by customers at the pub. There's a large lawn area out the back with tables if you want to dine outside."
