"On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city...

"We had a wonderful stay at Ananda hotel. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The room was a good size with air con. The pictures do not do the hotel justice, the pool and the rooftop lounge area were perfect and a great way to relax. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the breakfast. Options were really limited, including drinks."
