"Property was very nice "

"This Hotel was 5 stars all the way ! Once,you walk thru the doors.You were politely greeted by Everyone. The front desk,the bell hop(Manuel),& security. It felt like you were staying with distant family from another country. Taxis were always available right outside the hotel.There was a 4 story mall right next door. A bank and ATM machines on the 1st floor.(with security standing by the ATM machines)And,a awesome food court on the 4th floor. Manuel,was a great help.He left a list on our desk. recommending restaurants.Places to visit. Areas to stay away from.Even housekeeping were so genuinely polite. My wife was speaking to her.and,she mentioned that she loves Mangoes.And,the very next day.there was a small basket filled with Mangoes ! I've stayed at numerous hotels(here and abroad).And, By far. The Hyatt Regency made my vacation feel like we were royality ! We will definitely be repeat customers ! "

The restaurant featured a wide variety of menu options and served delicious cocktails. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. "Casa Dann Carlton in Medellín was a great stay! The views were amazing, the location perfect, and the free breakfast was a big plus. The staff was super helpful and friendly. A lot of restaurants down there. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’m highly recommend this hotel."
