"La estancia fue estresante en la registraron me cobraron más dinero que el precio me dio Expedia y a la salida querían cobrar extra dinero por el desayuno que ya estaba pago, y tan insignificante que la botella de agua cobraron, pague mi desayuno de una semana y nunca he desayunado sin agua. Tienen que tener cuidado cuando te ofrecen servicios. Me hice un masaje el cuál me dicen tiene un 20% de descuento y cuando vas a reclamar no te lo hacen es un engaño de 5 estrella no tiene nada no...

"I will stay here every time I’m in Colombia. The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia."
