"The hotel was very nice overall. The location was great, close to everything. The only thing that could be improved is allowing guests to check in a bit earlier than 3pm if possible. The hotel was virtually empty and we were told that we had to check in at 3pm, zero flexibility. "

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza Mayor, y tiene un estilo bonito colonial. Por otra parte, las habitaciones son mas basicas de lo esperado, necesitan toallas en mejores condiciones, por lo menos incluir shampoo y cortinas de privacidad durante el dia, pues si abre la ventana para tener luz todos los huespedes ven su habitacion al pasar.
