Everything was on the budget side of things. Clean beds and towels. It just needed a thorough spring clean. Random cutlery pots and pans were all mish mash and needed cleaning before use. But was passable - for one night. No complaints. "

"Staff initially very polite, asked me if I would change address which I was happy to do, I later wished I hadn’t. Place felt unclean, puddle in the kitchen that would not go away despite opining it. It had actually stained the floor. Sofas not fit for purpose more like something you would see in a waiting room where you don’t need to get comfy. Bedding felt grubby. Walls were dirty, carpet was filthy, toilet flush broken, bathroom sink was inaccessible with the door closed, the shower/bath was...
