"The hotel is dated, the bathroom products are not elemis as per photos and the rooms are limited with old tvs.
Food was nice but £4.50 for diet coke is ridiculous."

"This hotel was far short of expectations, and the hotel knows it. If you trawl through reviews, you'll see the same issues I had and the same lip service response from the hotel that they'll "let management know" etc. The noise was absolutely horrendous, almost 1 inch gaps in the door let everything in the corridor in. People were coming in at 12am, 1am, 2:30am shouting and stomping down the corridor. Perhaps worst is that I was woken up by the floor below me talking at a totally normal volume...

"Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...
