"Francois on the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was able to look after our bags for us after we had checked out at 11am. We got caught in a heavy downpour on our last day and arrived back at the hotel soaking wet. She provided us with towels and directed us to the nearest rest rooms so we could change out of our wet clothes and into dry ones."

"I was greeted with a friendly smile. I had missed the wine and cheese hour but they offered me wine if I wanted. There was cold water and feared to me anytime I left. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. It felt like a small town hotel in a big city. I would come back again. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved the character of the hotel. I felt very welcome. "
