The property met our needs. The elevator was out of service. It’s a top floor unit. We couldn’t use our refrigerator because it smelled awful. Someone must’ve left food to spoil before we arrived. Savannah is always lovely to visit. Several coffee shops and restaurants located nearby.

Location was great, walking distance to everything, surrounded by great restaurants, and coffee shops. The unit is lovely, spacious and clean. Just know there’s lots of stairs, up to the unit and if on the second or third floor you can get your steps in,

The room was amazing, super clean, beautiful, and at an amazing location in Savannah. We had trouble with our AC and texted in, and there was help at the door within literal minutes. 10 at most! It was an amazing stay and I cannot wait to come back and book again at Kasa Jules!

Kasa Jules nicely blends historic charm with comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully updated. Location is perfect for walking around while being surrounded with rich historical history. Its the kind of place you leave hoping to return some day soon.

Wonderful space and location

The location was perfect and a convenient walk to coffee, restaurants, shops etc. The space was quite large and perfect as a couple to relax and spread out with more amenities than we ended up using. We would definitely book again if back in the city.

Historic Savannah..beautiful property in safe, clean, walkable area. Slightly noisy in evenings due to close proximity of restaurants and bars but sound machine worked like a dream!

Most beautiful place to stay!

We arrived and a very nice young lady greeted us and helped carry our luggage in. We stayed in the grand Jade room which has to the most beautiful, elegant hotel we have ever started in. The high ceilings, piano, fireplace, modern full size kitchen, and decor are all stunning. The bed was very comfortable. The large dual head shower was amazing and the mini-apartment even had a washer and dryer.

I absolutely loved the Jules! It was clean, the a/c was nice and cool, the soap products in the bathroom were so awesome, I bought some after I got home! The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was the elevator did not work for our entire stay. Lugging a 48 lb suitcase up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t fun and I’ve got knee problems.

Great Location.

We had a snafu early on. There was something wrong with the AC. They switched our room to a fourth floor unit, but there is no elevator in this location. Later, we could have switched back, but we elected not to pack everything back up. Onsite manager did everything possible for us. It was just a bit of bad luck. Location is very convenient. We we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Overall it was a good value.

Perfect location, home away from home!

A step back in time with modern day amenities. It’s a definite WOW factor walking through that door. Honestly, I would live there in a heartbeat, minus the noise from the bar behind us. Now I see why you have earplugs available! But I had a sound machine that ended up drowning out the noise for most of it. We are definitely looking forward to a return. Bed so cozy, shower so powerful, living area is peaceful!
