"The entire property is one unique experience in and of itself amd for those who love the arts and culture, it felt like home away from home. Would absolutely stay again! "
"The hotel was great. Check in and check out was very easy. Room was clean. Will definitely stay there again. Griffin was incredible and made sure me and my guests had an incredible stay. He was very helpful the entire time. We would definitely stay here again."
"The room was good for the price, the staff was friendly, and overall it was okay. The carpet in the common areas was pretty dirty, and the bathtub was clogged, though."

"The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly beginning with Doc in valet parking, Kaitlyn, Isiah and Alexa at the desk, Ana & Casey at the bar & kitchen plus a host of others I'm ashamed to admit I can't remember their names. We come here every year; I finally had the chance to come for a week for business. My fellow staff members booked at other hotels and immediately regretted it when they visited the property. They said they won't make the same mistake again. Everything you need is within walking distance and the historical district is one of the finest in the country. "
"The property was beautiful and everyone of the staff that we encountered were so nice and helpful. It was close to the things that we wanted to do. The food was great as was the service.
The only thing I did not like is that our first night there we were having a drink at the bar. It was fairly early in the evening so they were not overly busy. The lady bartender was very nice and efficient. Then someone that I assume was in management went behind the bar and started telling her that she had better do a better job of checking to be sure of the room number of people charging to their room or in the future she would be paying the charges out of her pocket. This may have been something that needed to be said to the the woman but doing it in front of customers was VERY tacky. No class
