"Couldn’t eat breakfast there becuase it wasn’t safe for celiac. Being charged an extra 30$ a night without knowing in advance was disturbing. Didn’t use any of the extra that were included in the 30$. Having a fee for paying the parking fee that was already ridiculous was absurd!!"

"This hotel is in a great spot right next to the river in historic Savannah which I’m assuming is what justifies the price of the rooms, which are seriously average. Walking in to the room, it has the feel of a very cheap hotel with harsh spotlights and cheap tiles. The bathrooms need upgrading desperately and the room felt dark and cramped. There was a bottle of wine plus two bottles of water on arrival. I’d have gladly opened the wine, but there was no corkscrew in the room! The whole trip felt...

"Location Location Location. One of the best stays that i have had location wise in savannah. Parking situation was not great. 50 for Valet parking was the only option unless you find some parking somewhere near the hotel for around 40 a day. Staff was pretty nice but we did run out of towels and after requesting some fresh ones we never received them. The bar was decent unfortunately there was only one bartender who did great but it was a slow process. I would recommend staying here though...

"The breakfast was fantastic. The facilities were immaculate and beautiful. We did have some issues: 1. We had a major medical issue the morning after check in and my call to the front desk was handled efficiently, resulting in my friend being transported by squad to Memorial Hospital and admitted. She was a patient for 2 days and we subsequently spent the remainder of our stay in our hotel room. At no time did the staff or anyone in management contact us to follow up and inquire about my...
