"The staff was excellent from Sagar at the Front Desk at Check-in to the Dessert woman, Drishti, to Ishu at bag handling, to Wani at Check out. The spa with steam room and sauna was also very relaxing along with the great attendants there.
Large infrastructure to cater to all your needs. "

"Room was kinda' small compared to others we'd stayed at but, hey, it had a double shower, was quiet and we slept well after five weeks playing tourist in India. Very central too, tonnes of restaurants and a metro 100 metres away."

"Clean Place to stay. I like this hotel. This hotel Staff was very helpful. Before booking I read many reviews on different websites but finally I decide to book here only. I really enjoy the facilities & amenities. The hospitality provided to me was not less than a star hotel. My stay was very fantastic. The Karol Bagh is a busy market area very differ from other cities. I like the area. I thanks hotel staff for warm welcoming. They are very polite. I will be back again. "

"Staff were very cooperative and friendly.
Food was also good and freshly prepared.
Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean.
Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too.
The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or.
Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all.
