"Very pleasant experience at our stay. The room was spacious with the separate bathtub in the bath room. The hospitality and the ambience is amazing. We had our dinner at the OKO restaurant was great and the service was amazing. We opted for the room with breakfast which was on the average side with not so much options in my opinion as compared to other 5 star hotels, that was a little downturn for us. "Did not get the room I had paid for as per my booking confirmation. Had to change room 3 times. Had booked a roll out bed, instead a filthy stained ripped mattress was provided this had to be changed 3 times. Staff refused to provide tea and coffee said it was too much work. Hotel booking confirmation states it has a restaurant but had to have breakfast in our room, there was a very limited choice and the portions were very small. Two bath towels provided between 3 people and no hand towels....

"Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "
