"This hotel is in a convenient location in the central coast. Parking is free outside but is $20 a day if you want under cover parking. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It is not a 24 hour reception place. The gym and pool are attached to the recreation club next door. Its a hidden gem hotel for this area. "

"Super friendly staff! We were there from the US to meet family we found through ancestry. It was really special and the staff were so nice to us and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate! Beautiful property, incredible location and the room was really nice."

"From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. "

"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. "Staff went out of their way to support us through a water failure. I'd stay there again happily."

"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "

" All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. "

"This was my first time staying in this apartment and i can tell you that this place was fantastic, I can't commend them high enough. I ran extremely late for my check in,which was amazing as they allowed me in before 2pm and I was able to receive a late checkout which was even better due to my situation.
