"You cannot beat the views from the property. Staff was super friendly and food was really good. They have a good breakfast with variety of options. It is about 10 minutes from town so you would need a car or to get a taxi every time you go. Ubers are cheaper. Room was great and spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi in the room. The only downside is that the tv is out of date and small."

"Absolutely beautiful property. We stood in the Smithsonian room. Absolutely gorgeous view of the volcano. Room as described. Our only regret was not reserving a room with mini fridge. No AC as described but it was not needed. Everyone was absolutely attentive and always ready to answer questions. We ate most of our meals in the restaurant preferring to stay nearby to relax.
