"We loved the staff especially Dehbar. The food was spectacular! The pools were ok, not all of them were working. We had an issue with our sliding glass door not locking. We also had an issue with reservations. The person we were speaking with was unreasonable and unaccommodating. We were overcharged double and not refunded. "

"The stay was a highlight of COSTA RICA travel. This property gives you a chance to enjoy the combination of a wonderful hotel stay (with breakfast included) and hot springs. Take time and enjoy hot springs in combination with cold water swimming pools. You can spend 2-3 hours in the evening, and same time in the morning just after your breakfast. "

"We loved staying at Hotel Mountain Paradise! The view from our room was amazing, and birds were always singing outside our patio. The restaurant at the hotel was also great - we loved starting the day with the hotel breakfast. Pool was also a great amenity! Staff were all very friendly and helpful"

"Location was perfect, secluded in La Fortuna. The gardens were beautiful. We were in a room at the end of the property so it lost a bit of the garden view. Nice they had a pool, though it was showing a bit of age. Loved the wildlife right at the hotel. Room was super clean and nice."

I had to wake up early the next morning for a six-hour drive to Manuel Antonio, but around 1:00 AM, the unit next to ours started playing extremely loud music. A visibly intoxicated couple was yelling and screaming with no regard for others. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times, but there was no answer. After...
