"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "We had such a lovely stay at Nuaku! The hotel is tucked away in the middle of a beautiful, lush jungle, surrounded by wildlife, greenery, and all the wonderful sounds of nature. The property felt very peaceful, clean, and safe, and throughout our stay we genuinely felt at home.
