"The rooms are very nice and great view. The feel of lobby and other areas of the hotel are more like an all inclusive.
Roof top is spectacular and barely anyone there. "

"We've had a disappointing stay this week. It began at check in when the staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. We weren't offered help with our cases and had to carry them up 27 steps. The room lacked character, but was generally clean. We tried to book in at the spa to be told it was fully booked ( not a problem). We tried to book later into the week and the staff member then booked us onto the wrong day. Again we decided to switch our itinerary rather than have to explain...

"Excellent buffet breakfast with wide ranging choice including kids buffet. Staff lovely and friendly and good choice of amenities including table tennis tables, pools, fitness classes. Gym superb overlooking the ocean! "

"Property is right on the beach giving it good location. However it should be noted that swimming has been prohibited since October 2025 due to pollution.
All staff very polite although Marcella in the cafe bar stands out for excellent service. "

"The rooms were clean but in need of an upgrade. Bathroom in need of upgrade - bath was very plastic feeling and shower rather feeble.
The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating a 21st Birthday while there.
Had a sea view.
Food choices were good although sometimes the food was lukewarm. I did notice some people microwave their food.
Entertainment was good, something for everyone during the day and at night too - Entertainment team were very good
