"First visit to Club Del Carmen, we had a great time and would definitely return.
2 bed apartment was perfect, air con in both bedrooms and the lounge, comfy beds, clean and well stocked with everything you need. The complex feels safe with card access needed to enter.
All the staff were very helpful, the sunbed booking system is perfect, saves those early morning starts to get something. We visited in the peak of summer (Aug) and had no problems with getting a decent bed. The pool and hot tub...

"Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view)
Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside.
Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient."

"Brilliant resort for both families and couples. My youngest and I stayed for 6 nights and couldn’t fault the place! Our own rooms and own bathrooms lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lots of places to eat and drink onsite. Also a handy mini market for essentials on site. Gym and laundrette also on site. No issue getting a sun lounger by the pool and literal 5 min walk to the beach. Great location and def booking here again if coming back to Costa adeje"

"The resort was lovely, with lots of amenities and everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and having a coffee machine and kettle made our mornings that little bit easier.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use many of the other amenities, but we spent plenty of time by the pool, cooling off and simply enjoying ourselves.

"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean.
Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude.
All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned.
Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...

"Pool area had no atmosphere wife had argument one day because she was talking to loud. Food options were very limited and boring.
Staff were very nice and pleasant. Hotel is located in a fantastic place very central for everything. All in all for what we paid it was quite good value. My wife was slightly disappointed that the dressing gowns showed in the photos was not available and when we asked were to we could not have any.
