"Loved the hotel great stay very accommodating"

"We live our stays here, little detail now, they ask you to strip beds and do things that should be for cleaning staff, hard to tip if you're doing all the cleaning."

"The room where breakfast was served was dirty. I shared with the staff three days in a row about the need for cleaning and nothing was done. The waffle mix, to make your own waffles, was watery and did not look well mixed. They do not take large bills and seem unwilling to make change. They turned off the water from 11pm-5am, stating repairs were needed."

"Exceptional staff, clean room, and breakfast and the pool were top notch! Walk to the park was longer than expected at about 20 min but still walking distance. Can’t beat it at this price!"

"I reserved a queen bed and got a single double bed with a parking lot view. They sent several emails about being a VIP member and how they would give us water and upgrade our room, none of which happened. Vallet parking was difficult because there was not enough room to pull up to do it. The room was super small. It was manageable for one night but that was it. The bed was hard as a rock and had the smallest pillows, no pillow top as advertised and the pillows seemed as though they were just...

"The staff was extremely helpful while traveling with our young kids. (Ages 3 & 2.) Doors were held, quick check in, assistance with luggage and car seats (3 bags, 2 car seats), and friendly interactions with our kids. The entire facility was clean, professional staff, and overall a great experience. Highly recommend staying here."

"We had an incredible stay, super kid friendly. From the lazy river, splash pads and activities for the kids it kept them busy. Drinks were great and staff were friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon"
