The place is filthy, the room smells terrible, and the sheets were dirty with hair on them. There are questionable people everywhere, and you can hear disturbing noises from other rooms all the time. Completely unacceptable — avoid this place at all costs."

"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "

We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!"

"As we entered the property we looked around for the restaurant and bar that was listed there was seating at a bar, no staff, except the front desk employee. Did not appear to be any beverages in the cooler. When we got to our room, the room beside us had an eviction notice. Walked into our suit and the lamp shades had stains on them, the bathroom sink had hair and dirt all in it. When washing hands at bathroom sink sink was backed up and clogged. "The room was clean but soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Breakfast was subpar. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was pleasant. Overall, hotel stay was okay. "

"Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Front desk person was very rude.. room was clean but outdated.. had to hit the fuse for just about every outlet in the room for lights and tv to work. My room was downgraded upon arrival which wasn’t a problem but they insisted that they can not change the price of the room… so I paid for a suite room for a base room. Terrible service overall. "

"No hot water and not super friendly when i inquired about it. I chimmed in when a staff member was commenting on the complaints of no hot water anf oyher things so i thought i should just let thrm know i was one as well. Other then that it was fine"

"The room was ok. But our stay was uncomfortable. We heard the couple in the room next ours making LOUD noises (s_x) at night. The hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved to another room. When I let the manager Terry, know what we experienced, she very rude and nasty. Never staying there again. And it’s not because what the couple and their noises, it more so of the manager and how rude she was. And the police was there with tactical shields. SMH. Not sure what happened with that."
