"Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s worth $300 a night. The floor by the bathroom sink was seeping water. We had to keep putting towels down. The maid never came to our room so I had to go to the front desk to request more Coffee for the next morning and toilet paper. The outside of the rooms and establishment could use some updating. The windows on the outside of the rooms needed to be cleaned. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. And the pool was fun.The room itself was sufficient and...

"Unfortunately, I will not stay at this hotel ever again or any of their chain hotels. At almost $400 a night a lot more should be included and the bathroom. Should be bigger than 2 x 2. I booked this hotel for the convenience of Sesame Place but it was extremely expensive and I did not mind paying the price because of a convenience, but I just felt a lot more should’ve been added. There are absolutely no amenities in your room there’s not even a microwave in the room there’s a tea pot coffee...

"This was our 2nd time staying at this property. The hotel is a good option for the area. The rooms are in generally in good shape. The couple issues we did have the staff addressed quickly. Overall it was a good experience."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, pool was in service so was a disappointment. The room was never clean in 3 nights of staying, I did found some folded fresh towels on top of the undone bed when I got back from sesame. Breakfast was good"
