"I failed to read the reviews before booking! It didnt smell like a hotel and had visible mouse traps in the hallway! I booked 2 nights however ended up leaving after the first night because of the thought of a mouse rummaging through the room. The beds were rock hard and the water never got warm. Safety is an issue as anyone could just walk off the street and enter the hotel from side and back doors that dont require a room key. The breakfast wasnt bad and overall it wasnt terrible but...

"I took one shower late afternoon and one the next morning and both times the water pressure was terrible. When I mentioned this to the woman upon check out she just kind of shrugged her shoulders and said well the hotel was full and that's happens when we're busy. Lousy attitude in my opinion."

"Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western."

The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a variety of foods to start the day. Cons - The fitness room was under construction. This wasn’t an issue for us, but would have been an issue if the pool was under construction. I have learned to call the hotel before booking to make sure the amenities I want are in working order. I had reserved a crib/pack-n-play...
