"Check in area was deafening with what seemed like 2 conferences being checked in in the foyer area. Parking away from check in and needing to walk there is odd and not well described. The room stank. Of vomit in the bedroom and some other vile smell in the bathroom. The sofa bed was astonishingly uncomfortable and very loud if you moved. Breakfast was mediocre."

"This hotel is the perfect location if you want to be close to Heathrow Airport. We rode the bus from the car rental place and it took less than 15 minutes. The staff was great. We were not there long, but they were a life saver, I was trying to schedule an uber but I could not get texts to confirm my identity. The hotel has a kiosk to order a ride. Never seen that before. So grateful!"

"One of the worst hotels and customer service. The family room we had pre paid was apparently not in service. The hotel manager took almost 2 hours to figure out alternate room situation. They kept changing their version from telling us that we will be given adjoining rooms to it being unavailable to finally giving us rooms that had non functioning AC and we needed to ask for fan at night. "Spacious clean room with a good view to countryside. Similarly the 14th floor bar/restaurant had great views all round and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast buffet excellent albeit busy as I think they were fairly full occupancy . Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend."
