"Fantastic room overlooking the sea. It really is with paying the extra for the sea view - it's incredible. We were upgraded to the 1-bed suite and it was huge. The bed was so comfortable we both had the best nights sleep of our holiday (the crashing waves also helps!). The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding. The only criticism is the lack of mosquito blinds in the rooms - there were a lot of them even in September."

"After an "okay" stay in Nanaimo my wife wanted a place with a balcony and a view. So after a quick search we dropped our last day there and booked here on short notice. We had a slow but scenic drive we arrived in Tofino and were surprised to see this place after viewing wonderful photos. BUT it was more than we could have even expected! Everything was more than we hoped for --- a balcony on both sides of our unit >> one (8 x 12) to watch all the people walking about, one to sit and watch the harbour (4 x 25). So special --- we watched for hours! Next morning we we were up early to see the action out there. The owners were so helpful. We had a unique unit even bigger than we needed with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a dining table. Other rooms all seemed to have full balconies over looking the harbour on both floors. DEFINITELY would go there again!!"

"It’s right at the beach, so it makes it really convenient to just chill at the beach. The cox bay beach is therapeutic. The property was extremely clean and the cottage I booked was well equipped with all the basics. The folks at the reception are really friendly and will give you the right information about anything you need. Only thing to note is that the resort is on the Pacific Rim Highway about 10 mins away from town, so you will either have to drive or take the bc transit shuttle, if you want to go to town for other activities. Also, the resort does have a restaurant on premises, but there are restaurants /cafes available in the adjoining resorts which are 1 min walk away. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend this resort! "
