"On arrival the hotel smelt lovely & clean. The asian gentleman with glasses at front desk was so friendly & helpful 👌 Our room was clean & tidy maybe a small biscuit on arrival to have with a cup of tea would be perfect after a long travel. "Good hotel overall, good location, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, the staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and bed was comfy. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated for the price paid and the add ons get expensive; I didn’t like the extra $25/hr for late checkout. Not sure if this hotel was good value for the money in the end."

"Nice apartment hotel. Large room, efficient kitchenette. Well located in Brisbane CBD, easy access to the citycat ferries and the train station. Grocery store not too far away to stock up. The property houses of the best restaurant in Brisbane. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there again."

"We were greeted by on-going renovation in the lobby during our stay in mid-Nov 2024. Nothing was mentioned in the websites. Room was an odd shape layout; maybe due to the building structure. Hence, the room wasn't as spacious as I had expected of a 41m sq room. Clean room. Slight stain in the bathroom. Housekeeping every 3 days."
