"We stayed for a short weekend in Norfolk, decided on this stunning hotel. Was welcomed nicely in by the reception desk staff, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Woke up to a lovely breakfast buffet both mornings. The golf course was impressive to see, even though we don’t play it ourselves. "We were sent to a room that was already occupied !! Only upon entering we encountered a man coming out the shower as surprised as we were It took another 45 minutes to sort a room and at no time did anyone say sorry!"

"Beautiful hotel, rooms and breakfast freshly cooked. However, when arrived they hadn't got the booking through, which also caused an issue at breakfast time. We arrived at breakfast at peak time but they could do with more staff as it was chaotic. Had to wait 20 mins for them to take the order and no vegetarian sausages. Lovely location, and lots of car parking space."

"The grounds and pool were absolutely amazing, we even used the boat on the lake. Gardens and grounds beautifully maintained so pretty just to walk around. We had a lovely relaxing time."

"The toilet and shower are common, with no privacy at all. The pod does not have enough space, and the common shower does not have a temperature adjustment. Not ideal for families with kids. And the cost is high for these facilities."

"Pleasant hotel with spa facilities about 20 minutes drive from Norwich. Having a good size pool with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi was really useful. Breakfast was excellent - usual buffet with the addition of cooked to order items such as avocado toast, eggs Benedict, etc. Lack of aircon in the bedrooms was a serious deficiency - not helped by the room being fairly small. Bathroom was very cramped. Lack of a fridge was also a disappointment. Especially as there was a cupboard under the TV...

"Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries. I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...
