"Good stay in a nice quiet bungalow suitable for the family. Communications after booking were good. It would be better if Hotels.com highlighted the hidden fees, if they knew of them. Early check-in/late checkout charges are common place. But fees for towels, bedding and the use of the hot tub in the garden less so. If you want the basics then use this place as it is good value and you don’t mind taking your own stuff with you. If you want the ‘extras’ it’d likely be cheaper to book elsewhere. "

"We've just returned from a wonderful stay at Heachem Beach and wouldn't hesitate to return. The caravan had everything we needed, even a fridge freezer which was a nice surprise. There are some steps to the left as you walk up onto the road, this leads to a track that then takes you down to North Beach, then you can walk along South Beach, and back to the entrance of the caravan park. It was great for the dog and the site even has a doggy shower for rinsing off those salty, sandy paws. ...

"Beautiful property, plenty of space and lots to keep you entertained. The house was very clean and tidy with very comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen wear they only thing we may suggest is some form of cleaning product as it wasnt something we thought of bringing with us. But other than was a great weekend and highly reccomend. "Property was not ready for us when we arrived, microwave smelled, and dishwasher doesn’t work and smells really bad needs some urgent attention, grass in garden not cut so kids could not play in it, However when reporting the state of the property I.e beds not made and towels still left in the bath and shower cleaners worked around the clock to get beds sorted and clean towels thank you cleaners you did an amazing job really appreciate your efforts getting the situation resolved, we were still...

"Lovely house, nice and clean. Spacious. Beds were sooo comfy! Great secure garden for the dogs. Upstairs toilet wasn’t working but owner was apologetic. Overall was a great find. Would definitely book again :) "
