"We staid in a kitchenette for a week and felt the kitchen could use some organization and minor updates. Albeit, most of the utenciles where there but were found out of place in various drawers that didn't feel clean enough to use right out of the drawer. Meaning that if the drawers cannot be replaced that a clean organiztion utencil tray would be a good investment. "Our check in was good however, we had chosen this property because of the proximity to the airport. We had a 6am flight and requested a 4am shuttle. The shuttle driver didn't show up, a pilot and flight attendant had to call an Uber and we had also requested one because the time was now close to 4:30. The young lady on the front desk May 11th was on her phone and provided no information. When she was asked to call the driver, she said she didn't have his number. We asked who would have that...
