"Relaxing stay. Room is spacious and beautiful. Staffs are very kind, helpful and friendly. Lyana and her team tried her best to provide the best service to us. They listen and take feedback positively and respond promptly. They deserve very high praise for that. "

"Ok room just toilet door is a bit challenging to open due to the space. Location wise ok just a bit troublesome if go out and big u-turn to get back to hotel. "

"Overall comfortable stay, hotel has facilities like self service laundrette at your own expense. I was not well, but to have essentials around nearby helped (7E, atm machine at groundfloor), petrol station, cafe & restaurants nearby etc. Our 2nd time staying, this trip we opted deluxe double room which is more spacious & window with nice greenery view. Room is equipped with essentials like slippers, coffee tea, kettle, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, reading lamp, massive tv with netflix....

"Genting is afterall Genting. It was fun and pleasant. The housekeeping staff is friendly and i enjoyed their kind attention. The hotel can do with providing better amenities for a resort though. There was nothin more than 2 small complimentary water bottles and coffee packets, for that price range, it does not yet compare with the same at Macau's 4 star and 5 stars. Nonetheless, Thank you for the memories."
