My only complaint was the smoke detector in the room woke us ip at 4 am and there was no fire the battery was dead the next night the room next to us alarm went off for hours before they came to stop only after I called. The staff was wonderful and friendly about taking care of the concerns. Yes I would recommend the resort just have them check your smoke detector lol"

"We stayed in a studio room and were impressed with its size, decor, and cleanliness. Although we did not have the view of the pools and ocean, we had a view of the bay. We hosted a 60th birthday celebration and the staff was able to bring our idea to fruition. Thanks Melissa and Christie. This was my second time staying here and I would stay there again. Food at Rain Restaurant was very good."

The hotel boat makes it so easy to access the other side where most attractions are and it’s free for hotel guests! The staff are kind and helpful! "We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
