Guests arriving at Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) must transfer via regional flight (17-minute trip) to the island of Ambergris Caye, arriving at the San Pedro Air Strip. The resort can arrange regional flights for guests; approximately USD 170 per person, roundtrip, will be charged. Upon arrival at the San Pedro Air Strip, a resort representative will meet guests and send them on the next available shuttle to the resort (surcharge): arrival and departure shuttles leave once per hour. Guests may also choose to take a 25-minute taxi ride (surcharge) from Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) to the dock. Upon arrival in San Pedro, guests should ask water taxi personnel to call the resort for transportation (surcharge) to/from San Pedro.

Reception staff/Restaurant staff/Maintenance staff all so super welcoming and friendly! Housekeeping prepped an amazing towel welcome for my daughter's birthday!Pool well maintained and inviting. 1st visit in September, sargassum a bit smelly, but we jumped in off the pier. Went snorkeling out of San Pedro one day with Searious Adventures. Loved Edwin our pal.

The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly went above and beyond for whatever we needed always making sure we were ok. The downside was the seagrass the beach was not swimmable at all I do understand it’s not the resorts fault but it put a damper on our stay. I wish there was more food options as well

The drive to San Pedro is about 25 minutes or about 8 miles in a golf cart. There is about 4 miles of unpaved road which has many pot holes and is real rough.

We arrived home today and what we thought were sand fea bites turn out to be bed bug bites. She complained that she thought they were in the bed. The staff was great and took the time to interact with guest. The roads are not the best but if you're looking for a get away. Please check your bed carefully. I had no bites so they are on one side. I would give it a 2nd chance.

The staff was so friendly and hard working! When we arrived, there was seagrass washed up on the beach (which has been an issue this time of year in several areas). The staff worked tirelessly to clear the beach. We had just a few meals at the restaurant and the food was very good. The resort is pretty far north and there is not much near it. Golf cart rental is a must.

Love the resort super nice and the staff was amazing. Major kudos to Victor and the security guy Flipalberto sorry if I butchered his name. But the guys were amazing. The resort is however far from the city which made it tiring driving back and forth. It’s definitely amazing for families. I wish there were more restaurants on the resort with nearby excursions. And if there were I wasn’t aware of any
