"The room i got was the smallest room and the staff guy lied to my face saying it was the biggest room in the hotel. I know because i booked another room and found out that was bigger than what i had originally. The AC kept getting locked and i had to run down to reception every couple hours to get it unlocked. "Stayed for one night - super convenient next to Luton Airport Parkway station. Room clean, very comfortable bed, and excellent sound insulation. Breakfast included (rare these days) and okay - let down by the fried eggs which would have bounced if dropped. Maybe don't leave them so long under the heat lamp or, radical thought, cook to order."
