"Gute Lage, gutes Essen und nettes, motiviertes Personal. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hinterhof und Lieferanteneingang. Auch die Badewanne als einzige Duschmöglichkeit ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Saunaanlage ist optisch sehr nett gemacht und die Möglichkeit anschließend in den See zu springen toll. Leider war die Temperatur aber zu niedrig und auch die Aufgußmöglichkeit kaum zu nutzen, da die Eimerhalterung von den Sitzbänken aus nicht erreichbar war. Alles in allem ist das...

"The hotel it self was OK and without any issues. But the reason we booked this hitel was for the water activities and when we checked in they informed us that the pool building is closed for renovation. There was NO INFORMATION about this before we arrived and our kids got hugely dissapointed. As compensation we got a one day entrance at a bath in the next town 25 min drive away, better then nothing but absolutly not what we had booked."

"Ramada encore Munich Messe was the perfect location outside of Munich and the UBahn was within a 10 minute walk to get us directly to Oktoberfest and Marian platz! Super easy. The room was wonderful, the room was cleaned daily without us having to put our room number in the front desk fish bowl as was instructed during our check in! The area around the hotel was quiet, and parking was very great they even have electric car hookups! The breakfast was super delicious they had so much to choose from. Abit pricey but well worth it, we chose the dates we wanted to eat breakfast that was a plus you do not need to decide upon checkin. The staff in the breakfast area worked hard to accommodate so many people! The front desk clerks were all very professional in my encounter with them! I will definitely stay at the encore again when in Munich for Oktoberfest! "
