"We only stayed for one night but we had a very friendly welcome at check-in. The room was equipped in traditional style (don`t expect mordern, reduced room style) and very clean. A bit outdated maybe but as expected from a traditional family owned city-hotel. We booked for breakfast and I have to admit that I haven`t expected such a huge selection buffet breakfast. "We only stayed for one night but we had a very friendly welcome at check-in. The room was equipped in traditional style (don`t expect mordern, reduced room style) and very clean. A bit outdated maybe but as expected from a traditional family owned city-hotel. We booked for breakfast and I have to admit that I haven`t expected such a huge selection buffet breakfast. It was extraordinary considering the price (April 24: 13,50€ per person). The location itself is perfect. In the middle of the city center in walking distance to the Residenz (app. 400m) and the pedestrian zone. The famous "Bürgerspital" (vinery, restaurant, wine tastings,...) is just around the corner. The hotel can offer reduced parking fee for the parking garage (50m from the hotel). Not sure if it was because we stayed during the weekend, but the Ludwigstrasse, where the hotel is located, was very quiet with very few traffic. We will definitely come back when we are visiting Würzburg the next time."
