"No air conditioning, no microwave and no refrigerator and when I booked it I was told I was going to have all three."

"This was one of the craziest experiences I had, note to self next time just book at Rosarito hotel. One place was outdated, two power went out the last day we were there(they never offered to refund us), three no AC, and four at check out they charged me for three towels said we left them stained mind you the towels were already dirty when we got them, this is why we asked for more towels. This will be the one and only time I book there. Also music was so loud until 6am."

"This was a great hotel to stay for the weekend. Just a little weird checking in because there is no front desk. Plus you can only valet cars when there was parking right next to where we stayed. Overall it was more high end, very clean, the best place to choice in Rosarito if you do not want the chaos and people partying all night."

"The staff was very helpful and respectful. I did not go to the gym or swimming pool. The room was on the 10th floor, cleaned, organized, and I had an open view of downtown Tijuana."

"The Polynesian room was very big but had old furniture, bad smell and a filthy carpet on the hall way. I think it had bed bugs. I had a few bites when I woke up in the morning. The shower area was smelly. This hotel needs a good remodeling."

"Wonderful resort to relax. The rooms between the vineyards are nice. The wines are good and food is excellent. Nice staff. Cons- No resort intro or mapamenities- the pool is almost non usable it’s in between two villas, not sure if there is a gym."
