"I travel frequently, and this was the first time I’ve ever checked into a hotel and found the door to my room left wide open. I arrived around 8:00 PM, and when I called the front desk, I was told that housekeeping sometimes leaves the door open after cleaning the room. I was honestly shocked by that response. Has anyone else experienced this? Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The bathroom had no towels, so I had to call the front desk again and wait for them to be delivered. When...

"Staying at this resort is like being transported to another world: paradise! The setting is gorgeous. My room was on the ground floor right at the edge of the estuary, and I loved watching the birds, the clouds, and the movement of the water. It was peaceful and divine. I ate breakfast and dinner a few times in the restaurant and found the service to be perfect. Everything I ate was wonderful. I will be back!"

"Great lactation ONLY! They do have parking but the parking spots are extremely small and not many spaces. If you have a larger vehicle or parking is full you will need to park on the street. There was no hot water in our shower and there’s no phones in the room. We had walk all the way down to the front desk to advise and nobody EVER came to check.
