"I hadn't been here for 12 yrs, the property is run down. The elevators not working and we had to carry out luggage up stairs. Had to request another room and more expensive instead of them accommodating us. We had visitors who live in area and were unable to come to our suite. They weren't staying the night.. I'm disappointed also fast pass used to be included was quoted $35 one day and at check it they quoted $40. Counter staff said i wouldn't need it at time of my departure and big mistake!!...

"The hotel is old, walls are dirty and dingy. Fold out couch is so nasty looking. The staff are very nice but I was a little disappointed how old and dirty this place was. Window didnt have screen, theres no ac so its hard to keep window open because mosquitos come in and when you close window a bird pecks at it and wakes you up. The room did have a fan so that was a plus. The hotel has a lot of amenities but we didnt check it out. The bedding was old and crusty. I was so scared of bugs here."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place needs a remodel or update, bathroom tile was old and stained. Carpet is old and dingy. The free breakfast good, coffee terrible. If you get a room facing the street , it's loud."

"Staff is friendly, room was clean. Traveled with small kids and they loved the pool. Only downside was forgetting a travel crib and, unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have one. Food was just okay."

"Well, there is plenty of parking. The only thing good about this place is the bed is decently comfortable. Other than that, it's very loud busy and you can hear everything. My room was dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom and the sheets. I don't even know if it was cleaned and the staff barely speaks English and don't seem to care. If you want to save money, that's all you're going to do here. The pool is nice. That's about it."

"Beautiful resort! We loved waking up to the sounds of the birds. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. For a resort that size, the pool is very small. And the gym even smaller. But we made it work and definitely will stay again at El Cielo!"

"Location, taxi's out front for travel to different parts of the city. If you go over to the soriana there is a donut shop with cinnamon rolls to die for. Southwest out of the entrance of ticuan at a 45° angle there's a Tijuana version of the Dollar general. It has everything. The staff makes sure everyone is safe and assists whenever anyone needs anything. Good Vibes"
