"El hotel es viejo, si vas en plan familiar no es el lugar correcto, la música de las discotecas no deja dormir, no tienen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones un caloron insoportable, no tienen secadora en la habitación y te cobran por estacionar tu carro, la verdad por el precio que manejan hay mejores opciones."

"While I selected this hotel for a short stay in TJ, I would not recommend this location as it was more intended for patients recovering from the adjacent hospital. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, but definitely not what I expected. It is adjacent to the boarder so the location was also fine, however the noise levels were significant. I would not recommend the hotel if you are looking to unwind and enjoy your time in TJ as there are better options for the price."

"This hotel is unique, has a great location and spectacular views from some of the rooms. However, do not expect any so called “luxurious”. There are no tissues, hairdryer, lotion, conditioner or refrigerator. No air conditioner but we did not need it. Plenty of fresh air from the ocean. Hotel restaurant has decent food and drinks. Staff were pretty helpful. For the price it was Ok to stay here for one night. Overall, the hotel could use some upgrades."

"Right from the reservation of the hotel to my stay and checkout everything was smooth and easy. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are maintained very clean and well. there was free breakfast buffet included in the reservation , the breakfast had wide spread of vegetarian , meat , fresh fruits , free to order bread , juices , coffee and wide varity of teas. spacious and quite place to sit and enjoy the breakfast. there was spa credits included on the reservation but i didn't get to experience...
