"The building does not have AC. In plain summer the humidity and heat is unbearable. We called front desk and ask for a fan and they said they run out. One of my friend has Asthma and she almost pass out because the heat inside de room was horrible. I don't recommend this place. Poor costumer service and the pools were dirty and both jacuzzis were out of service. But that's the least problem. The main problem is the No AC. We are tourist. We are not used to the heat that's why they need to fix...

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything about our stay was wonderful, with one exception. The wifi connection was terrible. One moment I'm connected and the next moment there is no connection. I had to keep turning it off and then back on to have any consistent connection."

"The location near the ocean amazing. The hot tub was inoperable and if you’re paying what you do, it would be nice if it worked. The villas are awesome! The staff was pretty good, no overly helpful but good. I would go back. Hopefully everything works next time."

"La propiedad necesita una remodelación urgente. Tiene alfombra en las habitaciones que seguro es de 1980. Entiendo que están remodelando algunas habitaciones pero se está cometiendo el error de poner alfombra nuevamente, lo cual creo es un error porque es común que la gente salga de la alberca y suba a su habitación escurriendo agua. El wifi es prácticamente inexistente. No me atreví a poner el aire acondicionado por la alfombra. En definitiva, es un hotel solo para dormir o si tienes niños la...
