"so i hade my son of 17 stay with me n my husband so they charge me $30 like he was in adult they told me well u have to pay of not stay in ur car so i hade to pay the next morning they were trying to charge me for something the was on the bed sheets like really n no ac on top of that front desk bad n most of all security at night worse"

"No hot tub- pool is not very nice - not heated and outside of the hotel. Have to cross parking lot to go to the pool"

"Beautiful resort! We loved waking up to the sounds of the birds. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. For a resort that size, the pool is very small. And the gym even smaller. But we made it work and definitely will stay again at El Cielo!"
